To preserve available parking, we limit the number of cars per unit. We allow two cars for each studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom apartments or townhomes in Erie Station Village. Three bedroom apartments and townhomes are allowed three cars Do you allow pets? Yes, we allow one cat or one dog (weighing less than 25 pounds) per apartment on the terms specified in the Pet Addendum to our lease.
